For our policy on Returns, firstly please see our full Terms and Conditions. The customer’s attention is drawn in particular to the provisions of clause 5 & 6.
Please contact Customer Services to obtain an RMA number before returning any products. Contractor Kit accepts no liability for goods returned, without the written authority of the Supplier.
Contractor Kit reserves the right to refuse returns without a valid RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. An unauthorised return, e.g. one for which an RMA number has not been issued or one without a valid RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
